Ginger, Soy, and Sherry Marinade for Pork

  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
  • 2 Tablespoons peeled and finely chopped fresh ginger
  • 1 Cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 Cup dry Sherry
  • 1/2 Cup catsup
  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Coat the meat liberally with the sauce and allow it to marinate for several hours.
  2. During the last 10 to 15 minutes of grilling, baste meat with the marinade.
