Asian Marinade (for Fish)

Ingredients
  • 1/4 Cup soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 Tablespoons dark sesame oil
  • 2 Tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 scallion, sliced thin (about 2 Tablespoons)
  • 1 ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Marinate fish for 30 minutes, turning after 15 minutes. Then grill for about 8 minutes.
