- 4 ounces large pickles, finely chopped
- 3 jalapenos, finely chopped
- 1 ounce parsley, finely chopped
- 2 ounces salted capers, rinsed, drained, finely chopped
- 1 3/4 ounces mayonnaise
- 1 ounce Dijon mustard
Fish
- 20 small battered fish fillets
To Serve
- 10 Brioche Buns
- 1 3/4 ounces curly lettuce
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 5 fresh jalapenos, thinly sliced
- Beer Battered Fries
Tartare Sauce
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Fish
- Deep fry fish.
To Serve
- Grill the buns, place tartare sauce on bun then place the lettuce, onion, fish, tartare sauce, jalapeno and top with bun, serve with beer battered fries.
Use a battered fish as opposed to crumbed for this burger.
To save time you can substitute prepared, commercial Tartare Sauce.
