- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1 Cup minced onion
- 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 Cup sour mash Bourbon
- 1/2 Cup ketchup
- 1/2 Cup maple syrup
- 1/4 Cup Balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons diced canned chipotle peppers
- 1 Tablespoon Adobo sauce (from peppers)
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- Saute onion and garlic until golden in butter. Then add bourbon and reduce by half. Cook for 30 minutes at medium-low heat.
