Lemon and Lager Marinade

Ingredients
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 Cups lager
  • 1/2 Cup olive oil
  • 3 ounces fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped mixed fresh herbs
Instructions
  1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a nonreactive bowl or pan.
  2. For chicken pieces, marinate for at least 6 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. For fish or seafood, marinate for 2 hours at room temperature.
