Tea Punch

  • 1.1 liters boiling water
  • 3 Earl Grey tea bags
  • sugar to taste
  • juice of 6 oranges
  • 1 lemon, sliced thinly
  • 6 sprigs fresh mint
  • ice cubes
  1. Pour the boiling water over the tea bags and leave to infuse for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags, and stir in sugar to taste. Add the orange juice, lemon slices and mint sprigs and chill for several hours. Serve in tall glasses, poured over ice cubes.
Refreshing and non-alcoholic with the scented bergamot flavor of Earl Grey tea.
