Glazed Apricots

  • 1 pound apricot halves, canned
  • 1 Tablespoon butter
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  1. Drain syrup from apricots and reserve. Add butter, sugar, and cinnamon to syrup and boil 3 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
  2. Serve hot with poultry or meat.
