Butterscotch Oat Drops

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup butter; softened
  • 1/2 Cup sugar
  • 1 Cup brown sugar; packed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 Cups flour
  • 2 Cups rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 Cups butterscotch chips
  • 1 Cup chopped nuts
Instructions
  1. 1. Cream together butter and both sugars. Beat in eggs 1 at a time. Add vanilla.
  2. Measure in remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes.
