Horseradish Mustard Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 2 pinches Kosher salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix the garlic, Worcestershire and beef, incorporating the ingredients thoroughly with a spatula.

  5. Pile on the potato chips, top with remaining bun tops. Hold together with a long bamboo skewer.
Horseradish Mustard Mayonnaise
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard and horseradish.
  2. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
  3. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
  4. The sauce may be made 1 day in advance.
