A delightful dressing that can also be used on sandwiches, it’s easy to prepare.

Creamy French Dressing
Recipe type: Salads and Dressings
Serves: 6 to 8
  • 1/3 Cup vinegar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 Tablespoon paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper
  • 1 Cup salad oil
  1. Put the vinegar, egg, paprika, sugar, salt, and cayenne into a bender container and blend until combined. With the blender running slowly, gradually pour the salad oil into the blender container. Chill before serving.
  2. Makes about 1 2/3 cups.
