Country-Style Barbecue Ribs

Country-Style Barbecue Ribs

Serves: 4
  • 1 Cup lemon juice
  • 1 Cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 Cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons freshly-ground black pepper (to 2 Tablespoons)
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh marjoram
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  • 3 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 6 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 5 large cloves garlic
  • salt, to taste
  • 3 pounds country-style back ribs
  • Dinah's Sweet Barbecue Sauce; (see Recipe)
  1. For marinade, in a food processor, combine all ingredients except ribs; process until well-blended. Pour marinade over ribs and marinate several hours or overnight in fridge.
  2. Heat grill until hot. Drain meat, place on hot grill and cook 8 to 10 minutes. Turn and brown other side, 6 to 8 minutes.
  3. Serve with Dinah's Sweet Barbecue Sauce, if desired.
