  • 14 fluid ounces catsup (1 bottle)
  • 2 Tablespoons horseradish (prepared)
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  1. Mix well (using a whisk, if possible). Serve with your favorite seafood or chicken dishes.
Use this as a base for variations. Add mayo for a sandwich spread for shrimp salad or to blend with shrimp to make shrimp salad.

Add Tabasco for more heat or Worchestershire for added spice.

Add a few tablespoons to Guacamole blended with cooked crabmeat for an interesting combination.
