- 1/4 Cup brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon flour
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 8 medium apples; peeled, chopped, preferably Granny Smith or Gala
- 1/2 Cup flour
- 3/4 Cup rolled oats
- 1/2 Cup brown sugar
- 1/4 Cup butter; melted
- In small bowl, stir 1/4 cup brown sugar with 1 tablespoon flour and the cinnamon. Toss with apples and place in 8-inch (2L) baking dish.
- Stir 1/2 cup flour with rolled oats and 1/2 cup brown sugar, and slowly stir in 1/4 cup melted butter. Spread over apple mixture.
