This extremely simple recipe makes a shiny, chocolate frosting for cookies, breads or rolls. With just two ingredients and a little technique, you create a delicious frosting everyone will rave about.

Chocolate Frosting

Serves: 1 Cup
  • 8 ounces semisweet chocolate square
  • 2 Tablespoons light olive oil
  1. In the top pan of a double boiler placed over gently boiling water, melt chocolate. Slowly add oil, stirring until mixture is blended and of a consistency that can be poured.
