Chicken and Mushrooms Marsala

Ingredients
- 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce with herbs
- 8 ounces mushrooms sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 pounds frying chicken pieces, skinned
- 2 Tablespoons Marsala wine
Instructions
- In 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish, mix sauce, mushrooms, sugar, salt & pepper. Place chicken in dish & coat with sauce mixture. Cover tightly with foil & bake at 350 F. for 30 min. Turn chicken over & bake, uncovered, 30 min. longer. Place chicken on serving platter. Stir marsala into sauce & pour over.
