Using Basic White Sauce, we adapt and create a delicious filling for appetizers, breads or rolls with eggs and cheese.
Cheese and Egg Filling

Serves: 2 1/2 Cups
- 2 Basic White Sauce; see Recipe
- 2 hard-cooked eggs; chopped
- 1/2 Cup shredded aged Swiss cheese or cheese of choice
- In a large saucepan prepare white sauce as directed. Place pan over medium heat, add eggs and cheese, and stir until cheese is melted.
Yield: 2 1/2 cups.
Use as filling for Appetizer Pancakes.
