Catfish Court Bouillon

  • 4 pounds wild catfish
  • 2 onions
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 can tomato sauce (8 ounce)
  • 1 can cooked whole tomatoes, Rotel (8 ounce)
  • 1 small tomato paste
  • salt, to taste
  • freshly-ground black pepper, to taste
  • Cayenne pepper, to taste
  1. Chop the onions and bell pepper finely. Mince garlic. Saute garlic, onion and bell pepper until onions look almost clear. Add tomato sauce, whole tomatoes, and paste. Add salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Simmer on low heat 2 to 3 hours or until sau
