Cajun Marinade and Baste

Serves: 1 Cup
  • 1/2 Cup olive oil
  • 1/4 Cup vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon leaf oregano
  • 1 teaspoon leaf thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground hot red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  1. Combine all ingredients in jar with tight-fitting cover. Shake vigorously until blended.
