A most simple, easy to prepare and tasty glaze for your cake or cupcakes.

Buttermilk Glaze
Recipe type: Frostings
Serves: 1 batch
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 1/2 Cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 Cup butter; melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 Tablespoon white Karo syrup
  1. Mix all ingredients and let stand for the hour that the cake is baking.
  2. When cake is out of the pan pour the glaze over it.
