Brown Buttered Noodles

Serves: 6
  • 1 package egg noodles, medium width
  • 1/2 Cup butter
  • 1 Cup onions, diced
  • salt and pepper
  1. Cook noodles according to package directions, about 5 minutes. Drain.
  2. Meanwhile, in large saucepan, melt butter until golden brown. Saute onions til tender.
  3. Add salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
