- 2 pounds broccoli rabe; washed, large stems removed
- 2 cloves garlic; minced
- 1 small onion; finely chopped
- 1/4 Cup olive oil
- Saute the garlic and onion in oil until softened.
- Add the broccoli rabe, saute 2 to 3 minutes, cover and steam 4 to 5 minutes.
- Serve with crusty bread.
