Bourbon Chicken

Serves: 4
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4 ounces soy sauce
  • 1/2 Cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon powdered ginger
  • 2 Tablespoons onion flakes, dehydrated
  • 3/8 Cup Bourbon
  1. Mix all marinade ingredients and pour over chicken. Marinate chicken overnight.
  2. Bake at 325 degrees F, basting frequently for 1 1/2 hours or until well browned.
  3. If you double the recipe make sure that the chicken is in a single layer.
