Blackened Fish Sandwich

Serves: 4
  • 4 fish fillets (6 to 8 ounces each)
  • 3 Tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly-ground white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 sandwich rolls
  • 4 Tablespoons mayonnaise
  • sliced tomato; as needed
  • shredded lettuce; as needed
