  • 13 ounces chocolate ice cream
  • 1 ounce chocolate syrup
  • 1 ounce cherry syrup
  • 1 ounce canned cherries, drained, chopped
  • 2 ounces malt powder
  • 4 ounces whole milk
  • 4 ounces whipped cream
  1. Mix ice cream, syrups, cherries, powder and milk in blender. Blend 30 to 45 seconds, depending on hardness of ice cream. Premium ice creams may take a minute or more.
  2. Check for a smooth texture. Cherries should appear as specks. The drink is a proper thickness when a spoon stands straight in the cup. Garnish with whipped cream.
  3. Serve immediately.
Makes one 24 ounce drink or two 12 ounce drinks.
