Bermudan Hot Grilling Sauce

Ingredients
  • 3 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 4 Tablespoons pineapple juice
  • 4 Tablespoons dark rum
  • 4 to 5 Tablespoons Tabasco sauce (or Bermudan hot sauce like Outerbridges)
  • juice of one orange
  • 1/8 teaspoon allspice
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients well, and use as a marinade, basting sauce, or dipping sauce.
