Serves: 4
  • 1/4 Cup butter
  • 1/4 Cup oil (olive oil may be used)

  • 1/2 level teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 level Tablespoon finely chopped parsley

  2. Season potatoes with salt and pepper, transfer to a heated plater and serve immediately sprinkle with parsley.
