Barbecued Fish Wrap

Serves: 4
  • 1 1/2 pounds firm fish fillets
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 cloves garlic; minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce; or to taste
  • 1 red bell pepper; quartered
  • 1 yellow onion; cut thick slices
  • 1 Cup shredded pepper-jack cheese
  • 1 Cup cooked black beans; warm
  • 1 avocado; peeled, pitted, and sliced
  • 4 Tablespoons sour cream
  • 4 extra-large flour tortillas; warm
