Ingredients
  • 2 ounces semisweet chocolate
  • 1/4 Cup light corn syrup
  • 1/4 Cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla ice cream
  • 2 Tablespoons unsalted, roasted peanuts
  • 2 small bananas, quartered
  • whipped cream, optional
  • maraschino cherries
Instructions
  1. Place chocolate in a 2-cup measure. Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power for 2 to 3 minutes or till melted, stirring once.
  2. Stir in corn syrup, and sweetened condensed milk. Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power for 45 seconds to 1 minute or till heated through. Stir in vanilla.
  3. Serve warm atop ice cream.
  4. Sprinkle with peanuts.
  5. Arranged quartered bananas around ice cream.
  6. Garnish with whipped cream and top ice cream with a cherry.
