Artichoke Dip

Artichoke Dip

Serves: 2 Cups
  • 1 (14-ounce can) artichoke hearts in water, cut
  • 3/4 Cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Cup sour cream
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped onion
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp, drained and finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Tony Cachere's Seasoning
  1. Combine everything in a mixing bowl and stir gently until combined.
  2. Serve with crackers, chips or raw vegetables as a dip.
If Tony Cachere's Seasoning isn't available, try adding one packet of Knorrs vegetable soup mix, well blended with the mayonnaise.
