Yogurt Shakes
Incredibly flavorful, without added sugar, this healthful beverage is great for breakfast or a late evening treat. Perfect for lunch as it has everything you need for a great afternoon.
Recipe type: Non-Alcoholic Drinks
Serves: 2
  • 1 Cup plain yogurt
  • 2/3 Cup orange juice
  • 1 banana
  • 1 Cup fruit*
  • 4 ice cubes (optional)
  1. Combine all ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve in a goblet or large tumbler.
*Use 1 or more fresh or frozen fruits - favorites are peach, blueberry, strawberry, mango-peach, nectarine-raspberry, mixed berries, etc.
