Serves: 1
  • 1 Cup berry flavored lowfat yogurt
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 Cup fresh berries
  • 1/2 Cup crushed ice
  1. Mix everything in blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into a goblet or tumbler.
