Vanilla Almond Coffee
Recipe type: Non-Alcoholic Drinks
Serves: 1
  • 1/3 Cup ground coffee
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoons almond extract
  • 1/4 teaspoons anise seeds
  1. Place coffee in a blender or food processor fitted with a steel blade.
  2. In cup, combine remaining ingredients.
  3. WIth processor running, add flavorings.
  4. Stop and scrape sides of container with spatula.
  5. Process 10 seconds longer.
  6. Store in refrigerator.
  7. Yields: mix for eight 6 ounce servings.
