The Finn originated in Boston, the creation of bartender Stewart Bishop at The Beacon Hill Hotel and Bistro. Named for ol’ Huckleberry. Mark Twain would have enjoyed this!

  • 3 fluid ounces huckleberry-infused vodka
  • 1 fluid ounce Cognac
  • splash of lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • lemon twist, to garnish
  1. In mixing glass, combine vodka, cognac and lime juice; fill with ice.
  2. Shake well; strain into chilled cocktail glass and garnish with twist.
