The Finn originated in Boston, the creation of bartender Stewart Bishop at The Beacon Hill Hotel and Bistro. Named for ol’ Huckleberry. Mark Twain would have enjoyed this!
- 3 fluid ounces huckleberry-infused vodka
- 1 fluid ounce Cognac
- splash of lime juice, freshly squeezed
- lemon twist, to garnish
- In mixing glass, combine vodka, cognac and lime juice; fill with ice.
- Shake well; strain into chilled cocktail glass and garnish with twist.
