The Cowabunga

Serves: 4
  • 3 Tablespoons frozen concentrated orange juice
  • 1 Cup strawberry-lemonade juice
  • 1/2 Cup purified water
  • 2 large ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 Tablespoons powdered chocolate
  • 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 Cup tofu
  1. Directions: In a blender, blend juices and water with bananas on medium speed 1 minute.
  2. Add chocolate, vanilla and tofu and blend 1 minute.
  3. Makes 4-1/2 cups.
