Thai Tea
Recipe type: Non-Alcoholic Drinks
Serves: 6
  • 8 Cups water
  • 6 Tablespoons Thai tea
  • sugar
  • ice cubes
  • half and half; or,
  • sweetened condensed milk
  1. Bring water to boil.
  2. Add tea and steep 5 minutes.
  3. Strain and season to taste with sugar.
  4. Cool, then chill in refrigerator.
  5. When ready to serve, place ice cubes in each of 6 tall glasses.
  6. Pour tea over ice, leaving room to add half and half to taste.
