Recipe type: Non-Alcoholic Drinks
- 8 Cups water
- 6 Tablespoons Thai tea
- ice cubes
- half and half; or,
- sweetened condensed milk
- Bring water to boil.
- Add tea and steep 5 minutes.
- Strain and season to taste with sugar.
- Cool, then chill in refrigerator.
- When ready to serve, place ice cubes in each of 6 tall glasses.
- Pour tea over ice, leaving room to add half and half to taste.
