Tea and Lemon Ice
Recipe type: Non-Alcoholic Drinks
Serves: 1
  • 1/2 pint strong fragrant tea *
  • 2 lemons
  • 8 ounces sugar
  • 1/2 pint water
  • 1 egg white
  • 6 Tablespoons carbonated water
  1. *Note: Suggested teas are Lapsang Souchong or Earl Grey.
  2. In a Welsh household the kettle sits permanently on the hob ready to refill the teapot.
  3. This delicious ice makes a refreshing change in summer.
  4. Or serve as a dessert with Welsh cakes
