Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 fluid ounces Pernod
  • 1 heavy cream
  • 1/2 fluid ounce anisette
  • 1 egg white, beaten
Instructions
  1. Shake first three ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice.
  3. Add a few drops of cream.
