Strawberry Orange Milk Shake

- 1 Cup sliced strawberries
- 1/2 banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 Cup orange juice
- 1/2 Cup buttermilk
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and process until smoothly blended.
- Pour the shake into 2 tall glasses and serve.
