Stout Sangaree

Ingredients
- 1 fluid ounce ruby port
- 1/8 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons water
- 2 teaspoons superfine sugar
- 12 fluid ounces stout
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- In a beer mug, dissolve the sugar in the water.
- Carefully pour the stout to give a 1/2-inch head.
- Float the port.
- Garnish with the nutmeg and the cinnamon.
