Spiced Tomato Sunset

Serves: 8
  • 1 large can v-8 or tomato juice
  • 2 teaspoons horseradish, prepared
  • 1 Tablespoons vegetarian Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 small lemon; thinly sliced
  • 1 hot pepper sauce to taste
  • 1 freshly ground pepper to taste
  1. Combine all ingredients and stir well.
  2. Cover and chill.
  3. May be served hot in mugs or cold over lots of ice.
  4. Serves 8.
  5. Per serving: 29 cal; 0.8 g prot; 0 fat; 7 g carb; 0 chol; 59 mg sod; 1 g fiber; vegan
