Sunday brunch in Autumn requires its own unique, special cocktail and this is it. The Spiced Apple Sparkler is perfectly suited to replace the standard Mimosa or Buck’s Fizz for this meal, adding a delightful, seasonal flavor.
- 5 ounces Champagne
- 1/2 ounce apple brandy (Laird's Applejack is perfect)
- dash of cinnamon
- apple chunks or slices
- Mix champagne, brandy and cinnamon; pour in champagne glass. Garnish with apple chunks (on a toothpick) or slice, set on the rim of the glass.
