This requires a very large punch bowl or, mix it in two 1-gallon pitchers
Recipe type: Punches
Cuisine: American
Serves: 7 quarts
  • 24 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate thawed; and undiluted
  • 24 ounces pineapple juice concentrate thawed; and undiluted
  • 6 Cups water
  • ice cubes or ice ring
  • 2 33.8 ounces bottles ginger ale chilled
  • 28 ounces tonic water; chilled
  • 1 25.4 ounces bottle Champagne chilled
  1. Combine first 3 ingredients; chill well.
  2. To serve punch, pour juice mixture over ice in a large punch bowl.
  3. Gently stir in ginger ale, tonic water, and lastly, the Champagne.
  4. Don't over-stir this, particularly after adding the Champagne, as it will lose its effervescent qualities.
I recommend using a domestic sparkling wine, Cava or Prosecco for this punch.
