The egg (white) creates a tantalizing foam atop our Scotch Egg cocktail. Lemon, paired with aromatic and orange bitters provide an enhancement of the whiskey.

Recipe type: Alcoholic Cocktails
- 2 ounces blended Scotch
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
- 1/2 fresh egg white
- 1 dash aromatic bitters
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- Combine ingredients in a shaker without ice.
- Shake for 30 seconds to foam egg white.
- Add ice to shaker.
- Shake until thoroughly chilled.
- Strain in to an Old Fashioned Glass.
