  • 1 1/2 fluid ounces Gin
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 5 drops Funel (orange flower water)
  • 3/4 fluid ounce lemon juice
  • 2 fluid ounces ounces milk
  • seltzer
  • lemon or orange zest (large piece)
  1. Shake ingredients with cracked ice and strain into a chilled fizz glass.
  2. Fill with seltzer or carbonated water.
  3. Garnish with citrus zest.
