Whether you use small Daikon radishes or traditional ones, carved water lilies make an exceptional garnish for a variety of drinks, ranging from Bloody Mary's to juice drinks.

Ingredients
  • radishes
  • 1 bowl ice water, with ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Wash the radishes and cut off the stalks and the roots.
  2. Make 4-6 cuts from the root to the stem, taking care not to cut right through.
  3. Place in cold water (preferably iced) and leave until the radishes open out like lilies.
