The simple spicy flavor of pumpkin pie comes through in this flaming Halloween cocktail. Simply delicious. Drink as a shooter. You might want to wait till the fire is extinguished, either by you or natural causes.
- 1 ounce Kahlua
- 3/4 ounce Bailey's Irish Cream
- 1/2 ounce Goldschlager
- cinnamon, ground
- Layer the liqueurs in a double shooter glass over the back of a spoon to prevent them from blending.
- After adding the Goldschlager, set on fire. Sprinkle cinnamon on the flame to "cook" and for dramatic effect.
- Blow out and serve.
