  • 1/2 fluid ounce Grenadine
  • 1/2 fluid ounce creme de cassis
  • 1/2 fluid ounce green Chartreuse
  • 1/2 fluid ounce Yellow Chartreuse
  • 1/2 fluid ounce white creme de menthe
  • 1/2 fluid ounce Brandy
  1. Float each in order over an inverted spoon into a pousse cafe glass.
  2. The different specific gravity keeps liquers separate, so YOU MUST pour in the order given: Grenadine, Yellow Chartreuse, creme de cassis, white creme de menthe, green chartreuse, then brandy.
