The delights of Portofino are savored in this bittersweet drink best served before dinner. The Campari, orange juice and vodka make this a variation of the Americano, and totally delicious.
- 2 ounces vodka
- 1 1/2 ounces Campari
- 2 ounces orange juice, preferably freshly squeezed
- club soda
- orange twist, for garnish
- Pour the vodka, Campari, and orange juice into a cocktail shaker and stir to combine. Fill a rocks glass with ice and pour in the mix.
- Add just a splash of soda and garnish with the orange twist.
