Pina Colada Smoothie

Serves: 1
  • 1/2 Cup evaporated skim milk; chill
  • 1/2 teaspoons coconut extract
  • 1/4 ripe banana; peeled and frozen
  • 1/4 Cup pineapple chunks; frozen
  • ice cubes; 2-3
  1. In blender, combine evaporated milk and extract.
  2. With blender running, add frozen banana and pineapple pieces, a few at a time.
  3. Add ice cubes one at a time.
  4. Blend until smooth.
