Peanut Butter Milkshake

- 1 Tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1 milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 vanilla ice cream
- Fill a tall glass or mug with as much milk as you wish (I use 1 cup); pour into blender, and add the vanilla and peanut butter.
- Whirl for 1 minute; add 2 scoops ice cream, then whirl 1 minute more.
- Variations: Try your favorite ice cream flavor; Substitute strawberry or other jam for the peanut butter; substitute fresh fruit - some raspberries or a banana - for the peanut butter.
